Barn Conversion and Extension

Planning Permission has been granted for the conversion and alterations to a Non-Designated Heritage Asset in the open countryside near the Village of Wellow, Bath.

The application was heard at the Guildhall in Bath during June and supported by the Planning Committee Members.

The barn is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and within the Green Belt – a long process liaising with BANES Planning Officer, however a welcomed successful outcome.
