Agricultural Prior Approval

Prior Approval has been obtained for a general purpose agricultural building in Mendip.  This was a very interesting application as to be eligible to use this certain permitted development the applicant must farm a minimum of 12.3 acres (5 hectares), our Client did farm this amount of land however part of the land was in the county of Wiltshire yet the proposed building was in Mendip.

Dolman set out a clear Supporting Statement justifying the need and explaining where the land was located for the Council to make an informed and positive decision.
